I noticed that the October Tech Preview of Visual Studio and C# expression has been released here. My thinking is that I will change Power Collections over to using this tech preview in the next drop. Note that the current drop does not compile on the October preview due to some changes to the collection interfaces (I'll probably comment more on these as I make the fixes).
