Barbara Keihm has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting and Sales. Her most recent position was as President of BLK Consultants where she serviced clients in the Atlanta area for HR and Recruiting projects. Her recruitment expertise includes Software Development Consultants and Architects, Project Managers, Management Consultants, QA, Account Executives, and Management. Barbara also has focused on Retention, Salary/Compensation Management, Performance Appraisal Processes, and Headcount Management.

 

She has an M.S. degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and has been in the Atlanta marketplace since 1989.

 

Barbara lives in Marietta, GA with her husband Peter and chocolate lab Kayla. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, beachcombing, and spending time with family.
