Bethany Vananda serves as Wintellect’s Director of Marketing where she is responsible for providing strategic guidance, creative direction and program execution for all internal and external marketing and communication programs. Bethany also oversees the company’s Devscovery Conference series and Virtual Training division, where she produces more than ten events per year.
During her tenure at Wintellect, Bethany has been credited for launching new initiatives such as the company’s social media endeavors, TechFocus segments, and the evolution of the company’s brand through new web properties and advertising campaigns.
Prior to joining Wintellect in 2005, Bethany served as a news desk intern in London for NBC International. While with NBC, Bethany honed her research and media relations skills.
When she isn’t working, Bethany enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is an avid runner, a zealous traveler and a fervent reader. She holds a Bachelor of Art in Mass Communication from Carson Newman College and is currently working on her Master’s in Education from Lincoln Memorial University. Bethany resides in Maryville, TN with her husband, Brett, and their loveable Rottweiler, Tuck.
