Dan is a seasoned enterprise-level technical project manager with over 17 years of experience in the successful development of enterprise business applications with a focus on Microsoft technologies and Agile software development methods. He consistently provides the rare combination of business acumen, technical expertise and project & process leadership to industry leading clients such as HBOS plc, Schlumberger and Southern Company.
 
Throughout his career, Dan has a proven history of proactively collaborating with business stakeholders to align IT initiatives with their business goals, while also providing project leadership and technical insight to diverse teams developing solutions on the .NET platform. In addition to project leadership and technical insight, Dan helps many clients maximize the value of their IT organizations through Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools and Agile methods. Dan represents Wintellect on Microsoft’s Inner Circle Program for ALM that focuses on Visual Studio Team System (VSTS) and Team Foundation Server (TFS). Dan is tapped as a thought leader within the ALM community and regularly provides ALM briefings on behalf of Wintellect and Microsoft.
 
Prior to working with Wintellect, Dan led the successful delivery of enterprise custom applications with clients of another leading Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in Custom Development where he helped global leaders such as Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., Ernst & Young, LLP and Dell Computer Corporation solve complex, mission-critical business problems. During his tenure there, he helped build a $25 million emerging custom application development practice while earning numerous client and partner satisfaction honors, including Microsoft’s 2005 Southeast Partner of the Year.
 
In addition to his software development and project management background, Dan is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering.
