Wintellect, a consulting, debugging and training firm specializing in Microsoft Windows and .NET technology, today announced Charles Petzold will provide consulting services for Wintellect’s clients in the area of Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation.
Charles Petzold brings to Wintellect more than 20 years experience in Microsoft technologies. While his current focus is on Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation, Petzold has been programming with Windows since first obtaining a beta of the Windows 1.0 SDK in the spring of 1985.

He wrote the very first magazine article on Windows programming in 1986 and is the author of the classic Programming Windows, one of the best-known and widely used programming books of all time, which is currently in its fifth edition and. He was honored in 1994 with the Windows Pioneer Award, presented by Microsoft founder Bill Gates and Windows Magazine.
