Chris Predeek's passion for software began when he got his hands on an Apple II+. That experience sparked an interest in writing games for his 386 using C++. It was during college he changed his focus to solving business problems with software.

Chris has taught courses from BizTalk to SharePoint over the last 10 years. He has worked with multiple groups inside Microsoft creating samples and whitepapers describing new technologies.

Recently he worked on a project to author SharePoint and Office 2010 training material for Microsoft.

He divides his time between teaching and consulting which allows him to stay current on technology. He strongly believes that teaching helps him to learn the details of a technology and consulting teaches him to apply that technology in real world settings.

Chris resides in Silverton, Oregon with his wife and son. When he is not working, he is mostly likely to be found riding his mountain bike or brewing beer.
