  • Where will the training be held?

In order to host an onsite event, you will need to provide a training room and software/hardware for the students. The size of the room can vary as long as it accommodates the number of students who need to attend in person.

If your company doesn’t have a training room, we can help by arranging an offsite training facility near your offices.

  • Where do I find the software and hardware requirements?

You will be provided detailed software and hardware requirements along with setup instructions for your selected course you choose, and our instructors can provide assistance during the setup process.

  • What is the duration for each course?

It varies. On-site courses are typically 2-5 days in duration - depending upon the particular course, the inclusion of hands- on labs and your specific requirements.

  • Is there the ability to customize a course?

Sure. Even though our courses are constantly refined to reflect comments from students and updates from our real-world consulting experiences, occasionally we need to modify our standard syllabus to accommodate a customer’s specific objectives. We can adjust modules from our existing courses to create a custom training course that fits your precise needs. Most times, this can be done at no extra cost. You can discuss this with our Training Sales during the initial conversation.

Sometimes there is a need for new customized training material that is beyond minor customization of our standard courseware. In those situations, we can accommodate that request as well by providing a separate bid for content creation.

  • What are the next steps to purchase on-site training?

Contact Training Sales to discuss your training needs, including content and schedule requirements. We will then match the appropriate course and instructor and generate a proposal. Once confirmed, our instructor will work with you to customize the curriculum to ensure your company’s objectives will be met. On the first day, the instructor will arrive at your location and start training. It’s that simple!
