Rush 2112

I didn't know Jeffrey was such a Rush fan. One of my favorite albums of all time is Rush 2112. I still have a vinyl copy of it I bought in high school. It's one of the few albums or CDs that I like every song on. Another is Michelle Branch's The Spirit Room.

Rush's drummer may be the best of all time: Neil Peart. I used to bang around on drums and try to sound like Neil. Sorta like Richard Simmons trying to be like Derek Jeter.

    That long ride back to Seattle from Corvallis, OR listening to the Vapor Trails CD must have re-sparked an interest in the band with Jeffrey. BTW: the 30 year anniversary concert at the White River Amphitheater in Auburn, WA was excellent! There aren't many bands that can play for four hours and only make a dent in their total material.
