Wintellect was founded by a group of technology experts renowned in the industry: Jeffrey Richter, Jeff Prosise and John Robbins. From the beginning, our primary goal has been to provide the highest level of software development, architecture, and training expertise to our customers. To help them “build better software, faster.”
To do this we have structured our company as a dedicated team of technology experts accompanied by the top tier of software engineers. We are a technology company run by technology enthusiasts. Wintellect employees include a roster of Microsoft MVPs, and have published over 30 software technology books, and hundreds of articles, for nearly all of the major software development magazines. Even our CEO is a Microsoft Regional Director.

Our entire team gets together multiple times a year for knowledge sharing, team building activities and general camaraderie. What kinds of things have we done? Yearly cabin retreats, skeet shooting, river tubing, indoor skydiving, mountain climbing, and more — and that’s just the stuff that we can legally talk about! Then there are the travel opportunities. Over the years we have done projects in China, Malaysia, Iceland, the UK, Paris, and many other locations. Although these are very much project dependent, the opportunities are there depending on the particular engagement.
